Warner Bros. Reveal DC Comics Movie Lineup + The Flash Casting Revealed!

While we knew Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice has been filming, we were still waiting on the other nine or so untitled DC films to be announced. We got recent word about the Suicide Squad movie as well as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to appear as Black Adam in a Shazam movie. However, Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara has finally revealed the full lineup that aims all the way to 2020!!! Here is the list of DC films we will be getting for the next few years:

Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice – March 25, 2016
The Suicide Squad – August 5, 2016
Wonder Woman – June 23, 2017
Justice League Part One -November 12, 2017
The Flash – March 23, 2018
Aquaman – July 27, 2018
Shazam – April 5, 2019
Justice League Part Two – June 14, 2019
Cyborg – April 3, 2020
Green Lantern Reboot – June 19, 2020

Next up is The Flash, which will star Ezra Miller (The Perks of Being A Wallflower and We Need to Talk About Kevin). This one came out of nowhere for me. The stand alone movie is a bit of surprise but the casting of the Flash is even bigger. I haven’t seen Miller’s work yet but I’m definitely interested to see how he’ll play the fastest man alive… next to Superman of course. Does this mean Miller will show up at all in Batman v. Superman or any of the other DC films? Only time will tell…

I'm not a DC fanboy except for a Batman one , but I'm looking forward to it and it'll be nice to have another universe too.

Idk why but was expecting a FLash/Green Lantern team up movie instead of both having a stand alone movie
The Flash casting bothers me just because they just made a show for Flash (which by the way is doing really good) and people seem to love that actor playing Flash. I know they have two different universe when it comes to movie and tv ,unlike Marvel, but I still would have jsut used the same actor since people are already use to see the CW Flash actor as Flash (this is going off that they are using the Bary Allen Flash version)

I just hope they do a good Flash so people will stop with the "All he does is run" bs. Also, Flash is faster than Superman, who doesn't count because he's alien and not man anyhow, but yeah Flash wins. His show is looking good, I hope it lasts long enough that he gets better they have him literally at day 1 with his powers which is a fraction of what Barry can really do. Speaking of Barry is the movie Barry or Wally have they said, or maybe Bart or Jay?

Green Lantern is too far away, and it has the potential to be sooo good too. Their first chance ruined it trying to get a name to draw fans rather than getting an actor who could do the part justice(no pun intended). They should really establish a GL and Flash before part 1 of a JL movie so in a sequel they can play more off of the camaraderie between the two especially Barry and Hal(Or Wally and Kyle for that matter)

There was a rumor going around there would be a Flash/GL movie but I guess they realized that would be an awkward push with little to no backstory for either of them first.

true but even so they are clearly gonna reboot green lantern they could have easily showed that in the movie while also having Hal and Barry/Wally being friends in the beginning than have him get the ring

Btw I hope they use Wally's Flash because Im already use to the Barry in the show and would suck to have to different actors portray the same character

Still think they should have did a Marvel and have the shows and movies connected

I think WB confirmed that the TV universe is separate form to Movie universe, so it's understandable why they cast a different guy, and Flash can appear in the GL movie, or GL might appear in the Flash movie.

One thing I'm really excited is aobut Momoa being Aquaman, I wanna know how they handle the ruler of Atlantis.
