Bijuu dama would have to focus on its target. Gaara may not be able to dodge it but considering he has full intel, he can easily move out of the way before it's fired. Not to mention the fact that his sand can even fly.

No, it wouldn't. I don't know who told you this nonsense but the manga didn't, and full intel doesn't magically let you react and evade things that you are too slow to evade. Gaara evading Bijuu Dama from 20m is nothing but a very very bad joke.

Lol? What? I don't know who told you that this is logical, but it isn't, at all. If I go running at a guy who has a bullet, will I dodge his bullet just because I'm moving? How about no? If you are too slow, you get hit, its as simple as that. Being on the ground and being in the air has no difference other than the speed he's moving at, and if he's not moving at a fast enough speed, he dies.

If your logic was correct, no one would ever hit a moving target with anything

There is no exaggeration. B fires a Bijuu Dama, Gaara dies and I've yet to see an logical argument that proves me wrong. And I've yet to see an argument as to how Gaara even defeats him, nor have I seen a counter to the whirlwind. Once used, Gaara goes flying backwards, knocked off his sand cloud only to receive the following Bijuu Dama right in his face.
