Lol what. Pain stomps, totally. Deva alone rapes.

Deva Path is not overwhelmed by Kakashi or SM Naruto's speed. He reacts to surprise attacks from Kakashi who moved underground. He reacts to KN6 and even outruns. Manages to dodge a SM enhanced Rasenshuriken (hypersonic) point blank after a surprise clone feint who he negged in the blink of an eye. If he wounds you in taijutsu you are his ***** most of times because of the hax effect of the chakra rods that don't let you control your chakra (people like Kakashi, SM Naruto and SM Jiraiya felt that power).

Deva can easily repel Tsunade with Shinra Tensei and dodge her in the cool down time, he is a lot faster than she is. Then he negs with Chibaku Tensei or with a chakra rod through her head.

It reached to Jiraiya's punch. Obviously not the same as reacting to his top speed nor is it proof that Tsunade can't land a hit on him when:

-No major difference has been shown between Tsunade and Jiraiya's striking speed that substantiate this claim.
-He had Shared Vision at the time, which lets you react faster than if you didn't have it.

And being able to bypass her healing means nothing when he has to engage in CQC to do so, and if he does, he gets punked.

Tsunade stomps Human Path. Please don't start this. Human Path has the least chance of soloing bar Naraka Path.

Even preta path is more of a challenge? I doubt it because preta path takes more time to absorb all of Tsunade's chakra whereas all human path needs is touch Tsunade's head. Unless preta path is significantly faster than human path.
