Ha. Based on literally nothing at all. It being a rotating wall of chakra doesn't make it superior to Ribcage Susanoo just because it's a wall of non moving chakra. It rotating makes it's defensive capabilities stronger than it would if it didn't rotate. It doesn't give it any special characteristics so let's not. :lol Rotation's feats are trash compared to Madara's Susanoo ribcage or not.

Neji needs to come close if he wants to beat her as he is a CQC Ninja. When he comes close Sakura engages him and hits him. He's not parrying her hits as the gap in physical ability is too large and he's not dodging the AoE of her attacks when her fists hit the ground. If he she jumps up and hits the ground like she did against her he either gets caught in the AoE of her blast and dies or he jumps up to evade it and Sakura strikes him while he's in mid air.

-Rotation doesn't block a damn thing.
-Air Palm does nothing but push her back.
