without info on Kamui, Hashi loses. Nothing in hashi's arsenal suggests that hashi can avoid a wrap like Minato did.
Wood clone thing won't work cuz we've already seen that Obito was fighting multiple opponents(Naruto,Kakashi,Guy and Killerbee) with a disadvantage that kakashi had a direct counter to kamui. But Obito was still able to tag Naruto(who was faster than Raikage) multiple times and was only saved by others intervention.
Hashi has no speed/reaction feats which is the most important thing while fighting Obito. Plus now Obito has Bijuu to apply direct pressure and can teleport any instant to proceed with wraping.
Obito's Teleportaion is faster than KCM Naruto(who is faster than raikage) even at a mere distance of 2 feet.

Seriously? Multiple Wood clones make Kamui out of the question. What if he uses a clone feint? You'll have a wood clone Hashi in Kamui land while he fights the real one outside. If Obito uses Kamui to defend what then? He loses.. The way you hype Kamui why didn't Obito just Kamui Naruto from the start? It's not that easy you know......

i'm not hyping it. There is manga evidence that Obito is able to wrap people extremely fast.

Here Obito teleported inside Jinton, wraped Sasuke and teleported out so fast that Karin didn't even sense Tobi when he 1st teleported inside jinton. The only thing she was able to sense was sasuke's chakra vanishing.
