Sasuke took on two Kages officially — 4th Raikage & Danzo. The others were mere minor interactions.

Look at the characters as having a set of tools specific to a job. Neji tools were useful in that situation, it doesn't mean he surpassed MS Sasuke.

That logic in pretty faulty it was a general strike and not a full on attack aimed at both hyuuga's but neji was generally way ahead of everyone else for most of the series.

His byakugan could see over 800 meters from christ sake and he could bend the light and see in multiple angles.

Up until Sasuke got his brothers eyes i would say Neji would win in a 1v1 most of the time.

Now that i think about it, he really can take on MS sasuke man. Amaterasu is literally useless due to rotation as naruto wasn't affected due to chakra cloak and neji can emit chakra from all over his body making a chakra shroud around him as seen in part one. Then throwing the flames away with rotation. And if he can push away jubi's hand then v3 susano by a MS user, who can't hold it for long, shouldn't be a problem. At least he should be able to survive for some time. And during the backlash he will kill sasuke as danzo managed to tag sasuke multiple times, no reason, neji wouldn't. And in cqc, neji wins for obvious reasons. Interesting fight it would be. I never gave neji enough credit it appears.

He still had rikudo chakra though. And i doubt that was v4 either but i don't remember for sure. But there is a feat of chakra rods stopping arrows so why are you ignoring that?

Sasuke on the other hand have shown better feats in reflex , skills and speed in part 2. And he is superior in intelligence. And he was always getting ass pull power ups.

But we know that Neji outclasses him in Taijutsu obviously, and Neji has a greater hand speed. And he has 360 degree of vision so Sasuke would not be able to take him by surprise.

In a CQC battle, I can see Neji performing evenly against Sasuke, his striking speed is off the charts 64 palms in a single second (if I'm remembering correctly). The Hyuga's have one of the fastest striking speeds in the manga, and I firmly believe that would be a problem for MS Sasuke in a base CQC fight.

MS Sasuke is probably is a little too much for Neji. However, a Hebi Sasuke on the other hand would be a great match.

Well i thought he repelled it alone, like i said i wasn't well informed on his feats. Well then he can't push v4 back. It was that simple if you wouldn't ride sasuke for a sec.
And about nagashi, does he beat lee too then in close range? Why you ignored that since neji is said to be his rival.
