Yes he will, her hidden mist is not as potent as Zabuza's, furthermore, he can just hide underground until it disperses. Both Ei and Madara where able to see each other. When Acid Mist comes into play, he will feel pain, and instantly counter attack. There is absolutely no way Mei is beating Kakashi.

Mei wins mid difficulty. No intel means that Kakashi won't know the difference between hidden mist or acid mist so he is likely to sustain serious injuries right as the battle begins, putting this fight ultimately in Mei's favour.

When you feel pain you realize it. A already gravely injured Sasuke just got some burns in an inclosed space, no life threatening injury, meanwhile, here they are fightig in an open area, the acid mist will not be as effective as it was in a tight room. Either way, Kakashi a durable vest and can go underground any time he feels any sort of pain. I see no counter to Raiton Clone + Hiding like a Mole + Kamui for Mei.

He holds a solid CQC advantage thanks to superior speed, Sharingan, Taijutsu skill, and the ability to incorporate Raikiri into his punches. If he gets into close range, the match is over for her.

Mei has more dangerous offensive ranged ninjutsu in lava and acid release, but they are not fast enough to realistically hit him; between Doton walls, Doton tunneling, Kage Bunshin, and pure speed, Kakashi should have no difficulty avoiding her assaults. Meanwhile, Mei's Suitons can be copied, she is vulnerable to Genjutsu, and she is certain to fall to Kakashi's textbook Bunshin feints.

Kakashi holds almost every advantage here, and by a pretty big margin.

The dogs can go underground through Kuchiyose: Doton: Tsuiga no Jutsu, so the acid won't reach them, until she deactivates it. Mei has never shown to cover the ground with Youton. And if you say so:

Or if Kamui is entirely restricted and the starting distance is so much that he can't simply blitz, he dodges her Yoton and overpowers her Suiton with Suiton + Raiton and then pops from underground and kills her.

More potent? Prove it. Ei was able to see in her mist just fine, does Ei have some sort of noteworthy eyesight I should know about? Or are you simply saying her mist is better because, bias? Futton gets countered with absolute ease, and you have to realize that Futton in an open area will not be as potent as it was in an inclosed area. Having no intel means nothing, as the second he feels burns he will realize what's happening and counter it.

Literally everything she has gets countered by Kakashi. Meanwhile she does not have a counter to a good amount of things in Kakashis moveset.

Mei's using mist is pointless ,she will just do kakashi a favor ,she won't be able to find him while he can find her with his dogs

Mei literally only has beast ninjutsu going for her. While Kakashi has speed, versatility, genjutsu and taijutsu as an advantage. Kakashi mid diff at most. With Kamui it would be lowlowlowlow. Mei has no response to Kakashi's skills.
