please someone answer how kakashi beats tsukuyomi without uchiha blood?

He doesn't. Just like Itachi doesn't beat Kamui.
But the chances of Kakashi getting caught in Tsukyomi/Amaterasu/Totsuka are smaller than these of Itachi getting kamuied, because of Kakashi's mastery of bunshin feints.

Just don't try to say "Itachi can use bunshins, too!". He can, but it's Kakashi whose bunshin feints have been shown so successful, not Itachi's. Just like Ino's doton wall can't compare to Oonoki's doton.

Kakashi has already tricked Itachi twice with bunshins, he can do it again.

I dont really know,whoever uses ms first wins. Oh and for the recors,amaterasu dosent travel at all,it just moves very fast,A dodged it,juubito blocked it some distance from his body,so it definately didnt spawn.

That's simply because Amaterasu doesn't spread on its own.

Think about it. If Sasuke used it on a tree branch in a forest it would spread to the whole forest and burn it down.

It doesn't work like that.



So why did it hit the Samurai if it was already ''spawned'' on Ay?

Bottom right it spawned on ay's raiton cloak.
Bottom left it's still spawned on his raiton cloak while ay has left it behind as an after image.

Top right: There's nothing anymore in sasuke's line of sight so the spawned flames now move forward to their drop off limit which happened to be further than the samurai.

Spawned flame travels. But, unspawned flame spawns on target. It's not a hard concept to grasp.
