i did this thread becuz i thought it would be a good topic, im going with wakusei rasengan but ,,i honestly think this can be a draw, il explain my details later, your thoughts for now

The Rasengan is not Wind based. Neither is the Wakusei Rasengan. Only the Rasenshuriken is comprised of Wind chakra.
