Did you even read this arc? Izanami takes quite a while to use. Itachi said he was preparing thetechnique like 4 chapters ago. Frog Confrontation Chant takes a bit to build up, but not THAT long and it has a similar effect to Izanami in that it renders the opponent unconscious, but also paralyses them too. I don't think it can even be broken out of. And then Izanami makes one eye blind.

What's your point? Even Shima & Fukasaku need to gather Senchakra in order to use it. Izanami in itself is more powerful, on top of the shorter preparation time. We only saw it once and don't even know what else it's capable of, yet it's already absoulutely amazing. Furthermore it won't be noticed, unlike the song.

Those were all flashbacks. Izanami takes alot less time to activate. Flashbacks are instaneous to the person having them. We will see this in the anime.

He needs ma and pa to prepare sage mode. If he chooses to prepare Frog song first, Izanami will be already activated before he finishes. Causing him to prepare for it forever.

Now, you absoulutely failed to realize that this isn't the illusion used against pain. The powerful Genjutsu which is generally known as Frog Song is actually called 'Magen: Gama Rinsho'. Senpo: Kawazunaki is an entirely different technique, I'm not even sure if it's an illusion.

After Pain nailed Naruto to the ground, it's clearly visible that Shima & Fukasaku need to gather Senchakra in order to use Gama Rinsho.
