Ok so my Vulture Summoning contract got approved by Izuna (cheers) so I am looking for 2 people to sign it for now.The techs I posted are on the submission thread page 274.There will be two more summonings one sensor bird and a personal summon that i will only allow some people to use.If you want to sign the contract then please fill out the template:

Why you want to sign the contract:i want to fly :T_T: no but seriously i think that this contract would be a great tribut and i will use it wisely in battle.
What you think of vultures(honestly please):i looked at the summoning and its good honestly but all jutsu can use inprovement so its not bad.
