He questioned whether or not the Cursed Seal had an impact on his ability rather than his Sharingan because with the Cursed Seal, he can likely see things in a whole new "light", but then came to acknowledge that it was his Sharingan that enabled him to perceive things differently.

He only compared it to the Cursed Seal for the sole reason that his perception increases due to the Cursed Seal, but that doesn't mean that 3T Sasuke is on par with CS + 2T Sasuke because we have no idea how well CS Sasuke's perception would compare to 3T Sasuke's and CS Sasuke also has physical enhancements that 3T Sasuke lacks.

Though honestly, the fact that Naruto could perceive CS Sasuke's movements implies that KN0 Naruto is stronger as KN0 Naruto literally "blitzed" 2T Sasuke who even without the Sharingan, displayed feats of blitzing Base Naruto.

It doesn't say that on or around the scan you posted. I can tell you for a fact he doesn't say that either because I own the Viz.

I wouldn't say that, but Base Naruto being able to react to 2T CS Sasuke whereas KN0 Naruto could literally blitz 2T Sasuke who was noticeably above Base Naruto suggests that KN0 Naruto's feats are simply better.

, only the Katons he used as a bait. But one could argue he was distracted plus he was mourning as always, so not a relevant feat that much. KN0 was much more consistent and overwhelming. Probably a bigger boost than CS, considering that KN1 = CS2 3T >> CS 3T > 3T >>> KN0 >>> 2T = Base. The gap between KN0 and KN1 is ridicolous, way bigger than the gap between CS2 and Base/3T. The Kurama chakra boost is simply better.

Didn't learn much English from school, elementary level at best. Putting yourself into situations where you need to speak another language and where you hear it consistently is what stepped up the game for me, plus i was a kid (10 year old or something like that when i started seriously learning English) so a pretty ridicolous fast learner.

Heck, my schoolmates would rather shot themselves than translate what i just typed. And we are 15/16, mind you. Just trying to learn it theoretically doesn't actually help (For example, Italian is rather simple from a "book view", but trying to speak it correctly is another completely different thing).

I may be good at English, but i don't understand half the shit Shelke types. That dude is real good lol.

Naruto literally blitzed Sasuke repeatedly whereas Naruto could perceive and react to his speed even though he was outclassed.

Even then, Sasuke relied on an opening as you stated and Naruto still perceived his speed where as KN0 Naruto didn't need an opening to flat out blitz Sasuke who was superior to Naruto at the time. I agree with you, the boost from KN1 to KN0 seemed massive, more than the boost from CS2 and 3T.
