Goku is a martial arts genius. He's kinda dumb in everything else though.

As far as experience, he started training under his Grandpa Gohan when he was like 5, and he was like 36 in the Buu Saga. That would give him 26 years experience. That's 10 more years than Naruto has been alive.

That depends. Is it specific intelligence related to fighting? Or is it general intelligence? I don't know luffy and edward, but goku, naruto and ichigo do't have a lot of intelligence, but when it's about fighting, theyre all smart. I would say goku has more experience and intelligence relating to fighting, because he has been fighting since he was a kind, and he even trained in the the other world, plus he is a sayan, after all. Naruto is only 16, but he has shown some smart freats in battle. The same for Ichigo.

Naruto is smart when he needs to be. Same goes for Goku. Can't characterize them as intelligent in any case but among the others they prevail.

I didn't say Naruto and Goku are stupid, but they are no intelligent like Kakashi, Shikamaru, Itachi etc.
Luffy is funny but he is stupid. He lacks common logic. Even Ace admitted that he "is on the slow side".
