Clearly current naruto. He has all of the tailed beasts chakra , plus full kurama . Though, kishi is not showing it for some reason.(it's understandable to restrict naruto and sasuke's powers from now on, as they both jimped way beyond the logical power scale with the sage power up)

Not to mention vote naruto was exhausted and lacked the chakra from the tailed beats as he had only a bit of it.

I think Current RSM Naruto is >> his past self since now he is in his prime full Kurama Avatar. He also doesn't need those TSB's and if you have seen the trailer look at how he helps Bolt. Some insane shit. Current RSM Naruto > Vote RSM Nruto due to his practice with the Sage's chakra and te mastering of the Bijuu RS.

I think if Naruto got more chakra from the tailed beasts he would get full rsm again, pretty sure that's all it is. I bet he would be much stronger now than vote Naruto. He's definitely matured by ages mentally at this point so I'd assume he would be a lot more battle smart.

It is RSM. It got the tomoes on his upper chest. None of his gaiden version had that.
