Hmmm.... not exactly sure what to write. I don't have time for a wallie, but I'll just point out somethings for youxD

"Good background makes good sigs" that's what I always say, and it's true. Now while the color scheme is okay, the background is almost flat, and lacks depth and good lighting, so try working on that, personally I'd advice you try using premades and stock background first before creating yours, but still decent try

I can't stress blending enough, without blending, any sig would look bad, so work on that. You can try using a moderate size soft brush to erase the edge (make sure to tone down the opacity) but that's basic. You can find better ones, I'm sorry I can't help more

One more thing,the text. The placement should be a bit closer to the focus, and shouldn't over stand out, so it doesn't take attention away from the focus, also you can try getting better fonts, or work more on the blending options

Once again, sorry I don't have enough time to write a wallie, but at least you've gotten the basics. Just keep practicing, and you'll be awesome!!
