Vivi Will Eventually Join the StrawHats

Well i made a thread before asking people what they thought about who would be the 9th and 10th nakama to join the Strawhats. Many people decided that Jinbe was a garunteed person to join because he promised to in the future. But based on this reason it would also mean that Vivi would also be a garunteed SH member because she also made a promise to join them the next time she met them.

I'm more than willing to debate anyone who disagrees and doesnt think Vivi will join in the future.

i base my arguement on that Jinbe was asked by the Straw Hats, Luffy himself to join. Jinbe declined but promised to join later on if asked again. If we are to suspect Jinbe to join based on his promise and the expectation that Luffy will ask him to join in the future than we must also conclude that Vivi will also join in the future because she also was asked by the Strawhats, Luffy himself but declined and promised to join in the future.

you dont agree than answer these questions:

-Is it likely that will vivi break her promise of joining the strawhats the next time they meet?

-Is it likely that the strawhats will decline bringing her in despite asking her to join the last time they were together and wanting her to join them?

-If Jinbe was asked by Luffy to join the Strawhats, but declined to join at the moment but promised to join later on when given the offer again in the future, how likely is it that he will join the SH? Now Vivi given the same circumstances as Jinbe, and who was asked before Jinbe was, how likely is she to join the SH?

Nah. Cobra was ill, as seen a few chapters back on the cover illustration. She will likely stay and rule the country. She will remain a strong ally for Luffy, but she I don't think she will ever join the crew.

3. even though she's not on the ship, she is still their nakama (friend) and will continue to be so..this is how it will remain

1) Vivi did not promise she would join the SH crew. It was the SH crew that promised to allow her in if she ever wanted to join.

2) Answered already.

3) I wouldn't say Jinbe 100% declined the first time. He just had to make sure he kept Big Mam on their good side.

based on what will she likely stay and rule the country? in the manga she promised to join the next time she saw them.

1) Vivi did not promise she would join the SH crew. It was the SH crew that promised to allow her in if she ever wanted to join.

this pretty much shows that the next time Vivi meets up with the SH that she would intend on joining. and i agree the SH did promise to allow her to join next time if she wanted.

we can clearly interpret this page that she fully intends on joing the SH the next time they meet. the next time they meet the country would have had enough time to recover, there has been alot of time since shes been off screen plus the 2 year skip. the country should be running smoothly by now. so with the country running smoothly whats to stop her from keeping her promise of joining the next time she meets the SH?

the rest of the crew werent random citizens either. yes she is princess of alabasta but even she herself took a leave of absence to infiltrate bw. alabasta has a king who can run the country and they have plenty of people who can run the country in Vivi's absence in case the king cannot run it himself.

and you interpretation. what are you basing it on? how on earth did you come to that conclusion based on what she said?

she says: "but if there is one day we will meet each other again, will you take me as your friend?"

you dont have to be a genius to know she meant to be apart of the crew. as in on the ship. why? because in context, before she said that she declined being part of the crew at that particular moment. she was asked to join the crew. to go travelling with the SH. so in context she means to join the crew in the future. nothing you says is backed by the manga itself.

and again what she says is pretty much clear.
