Channeling the chakra in my feet i evenly distribute it so both my feet are equal,i then begin walking towards the edge of the water,once i get close i place on foot on the water and apply rpessure to make sure my foot doesnt sink,when it feels like im stepping on solid groundi put the other foot on and start to walk towards you,coming within short range i smirk,with that i channel my chakra up my legs back and head and proceed to fall backwards landing on my back and essentially laying on the water,glacing at my sensei i say a single word "NEXT"

After falling into the water i being swimming my way back to the surface,with my head popping up i then raise my arm up and channel my chakra into it,placing it on the waters surface i lift my body up,i then put my right arm onto the surface and channel chakra into that boosting myself up,i then channel chakra into both my knees as i remove them from the water and kneel on the water,channeling chakra back into my feet i get back up soaking wet

Killing intent is a technique where the user gives off there intent to kill and harm a person,when inreality its mostly just sending out waves of chakra to mess with someones head. Using killing intent on someone with the same rank as you is almost pointless as they feel little to no effects at all. with 1 rank above you would feel uneasy and slight fear at mid range with reduced handseals at close range probley a noticeable change in reaction speed with short range. With two ranks above youd be paralysed at mid rage with very limited movement,at short range complete paralysation and the ability to show the user their death. At three ranks above even at mid range completel paralysation would occur and at short range you could probley screw someones brains up completely

The thing with Killing Intent is that it's horribly translated from the manga/anime to our roleplay. When Orochimaru used it on Sasuke and the useless girl, they were only Genin ranked ninja whereas Orochimaru was a Sannin ranked ninja. If that were our RP, they'd be 4 ranks lower than Orochimaru when he used it. However, Sasuke easily deciphered that it was not a genjutsu, simply Orochimaru's will to kill them both and in turn, broke free from his fear by stabbing himself and fleeing. If a genin is able to break from one of Sannin ranked's Killing Intent so easily, why are there so many problems with this jutsu here? It's mainly in part to how it's written. Take a look.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

With the part where it asked my opinion i agree to an agree,but unless the person "awakening them" is close enough and of a high enough level to feel unaffected this is kinda pointless,mostly because if the person they used it was genin,and i was Sannin,and the person to Awaken them was Kage,they wouldnt feel the intent to kill so they wouldnt know whats going on until its to late
My prime example of this was when i fougth daemon,he had me paralysed but i bit my tongue to break the illusion(he had two ranks on me at mid range) but this is where the technique turned back on him,by breaking it i broke the illusion,but i kept everything to same to appear that i was still under the intent,once he came into close range i paralysed and killed him. So i agree that the other jounin wouldnt be affected but i believe if it was Jounin using on a genin with a kage partner,the kage partner wouldnt feel any intent at all thus be confused at the genin's sudden unease

well youd send your chakra towards the animal and like a genjutsj mess with its senses,except this accually binds the animal and isnt an illusion, so youd use your chakra to physcially hold the animal in place.

You need two giant windmill shurikens if you have it. If you don't pretend that i gave you two. throw it and then mask the other underneath from the shadows.
