In the RP system I know you can join a village, but my question is could I apply for a village without a bio, but make one within the next few days, or do I have to make a bio first?

Also, any suggestions for which to join?

You can join a village as a civilian yes, then make a bio later and become a ninja in the village

well, i joined konoha without a bio.....they accepted my request....so this is true to you too....i hope this helps...
