Okay so my idea came to me about a week ago to have a hidden section for each village to where their village officials can post the reason behind my idea is due to the fact not every village Offical has msn and some may have their pm box full as well as spies in their village this will also help keep each village oringanized there isn't much to my idea just that

This would have been so much easier to read if there were actual punctuation marks.
Anyhow, I think this is not needed since you can just create a social group in which only the leaders of the village can post and read threads.

Actually if I remember correctly they already exist o-o. I remember my days in Konoha and stalking someones profile(No username will be called) there is a place called Konoha Secret Hideout which I'm sure only village officials had access too so what your suggesting is already in affect

I disagree, I think the PM box explanation you gave may be for someone in mind that you are directing that to, but nonetheless I think you can accomplish this though PMs. I've had problems in the past with trying to communicate with village officials before but in some cases. If they're not active or productive, then why are they your official? ^_^
