do someone know a good video software for editing and making cool anime video

hi, i know one good video software that is if u wanna edit a video..........it would be Adobe After Effects.......ofcourse its not that simple to use but you can get tutorials for it on youtube.
there is one more for animation if your are not intrested in the above info. that software would be Ulead GIF Animator
