Video game anger problems

I rage a lot sometimes with like Call of Duty or Smite

Every now and then. The most I've gotten upset over is fighter's when I get the boss down to a sliver of health and they pull off some bs combo to make finish me...

I do sometimes when i am getting rekt.
I usually scream and swear alot of bad words when i am home alone.
When i am not homealone i usually try to break my controller , headset or tv

I just HATE losing

yeah it got to the point that my neighbors got concerned because they keep hearing someone cursing and yelling in our house.

Yeah, when I was like 10 I used to get really pissed off.
