Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.
The tournament being held was definitely one Jakai was going to take seriously. He saw Zero take the field. Jakai thought to himself. This'll be different from last time. Jakai would start by casting a Genjutsu on Zero, blocking out any sensation of water that Zero could perceive, meaning he would not feel or see water being placed anywhere on him.

(Doujutsu: Genjutsu Sharingan) — Eye Technique: Copy Wheel Eye Illusion (A-Rank)

Description: This technique is simply the use of generic genjutsu used by members of the Uchiha clan. By simply having their opponents look into their eyes, the Uchiha can lock the user within a genjutsu of their choosing.

Note: Can only be used with 3 Tomoe Sharingan
Jakai then focused his water chakra to trap Zero in a sphere of water in a moment's notice. Due to the genjutsu though, Zero would only feel the pressure of the water, but not the feeling of the liquid as well as being unable to visually see the water. Jakai would also throw 3 kunai tagged with paper bombs as he initiated the water technique. Despite being able to see Jakai's movement to throw the kunai, Zero would have trouble reacting as he was under also being trapped by the pressure of the water. As he was now trapped, Jakai would watch as Zero would inevitably be knocked out or die from the explosion caused by the paper bombs and the pressure of the water.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) — Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.

Mandalorian Armor : Armor Activation | Rorian'āmā: Āmāakutibēshon(Passive)

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).

-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

With his armour on Zer0 stares down his opponent, seems like an easy target maybe worth a bit of money. but then quickly noticing this was an uchiha if he was any decent then it could be worth a lot if he was any decent levelled. All of a sudden Zer0 armour begin to ring setting the alarm bells off did the uchiha put him in a genjustu that quick? he quickly made his armour jolt his charka flow disrupting it causing the genjustu to dispel.

Zer0 then felt that the ground was rumbling and vibrating an attack or something was coming from below Zer0 had a few options and had to think which one would be the best move to use, Zer0 channels his charka into the ground and causes a rock pillar emerge from under him at an 45 degree angle causing him to be shot into the air; Zer0 saw the three kunai be thrown aswell and quickly gathered out of his ninja pouch 4 ordinary kunai and threw 3 of them to match the incoming kunai causing their trajectory to be changed and exploded before he landed. Zer0 still holding the last kunai he took out his pouch was now 5 meters closer to his opponent from his previous position (now short ranged).

Zer0 knew he would need a partner that could get him out of genjustu but also be a great ally to beat this uchiha. Zer0 using the kunai quickly swiped it across his right thumb and then performed the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals "Come forth great monkey king Enma!" Enma stood tall and across to Zer0 "summoning me, you must be having a hard time with this kid or he has a powerful trick up his sleeve" Enma glanced at Jakai "ah the sharingan eh? no wonder you summoned me lets make quick work of this"

His main fighting abilities are his hand to hand fighting skills and his ability to transform into the nearly indestructible Adamantine Staff. His hand to hand fighting skills are such that he was able to fight on par with both Tobirama and Hashirama, keeping them at bay. His speed is comparable to a Sage Ranked Taijutsu master but his strength is easily comparable to that of Hashirama with chakra enhanced strength, being capable of using Taijutsu techniques, mostly those from Strong Fist and not taking damage from Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks C-Rank and below.

The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

With his Sharingan, Jakai could easily see the Mandalore surge chakra throughout his body to escape the genjutsu in time to escape the water trapping him. While remaining calm and giving an unfazed look, Jakai created a shadow clone as the man would be launched forward. (Named Alpha)

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.
The man would then take out 4 kunai. He countered each of the kunai and averted the explosions away from him. Seeing the man land forward with a kunai in his hand (now in short-range), Jakai simply glared and caused the man to stop dead in his tracks.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

With nothing more than a heavy stare, the man would be frozen in fear. The Sharingan Jakai possessed would only enhance the effect. As the man stood paralyzed in short-range, Alpha would focus his chakra and and expel a spear of lightning from his mouth. The spear would easily pierce through the man's armor and subsequently kill the man.

Zer0 suddleny couldn't move and felt the present of a mencing charka causing him to become completely paralysed unable to move anything he was in a real bad situation and his other maybe a clone wasn't just going to stand there and watch, Zer0 channelled his charka to his jet pack and causing the jet pack to activate and begin to lift Zer0 into the straight up because he couldn't move also avoiding the clone attack. As Zer0 began to move away he was able to slightly move better Zer0 kept channelling his charka so he remained in the air now 15 meters away from you.

The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.

Zer0 channels his suiton charka and struggles as hard as his can to perform the ram handseal and then expelling a large amount of water down onto the opponents, when its all released this would block the view of Jakai making Zer0 being able to move again if not protected against the large mass of water would crush Jakai from the amount of force that would hit and his clone would disperse.

With the Mandalore rising high into the air, Alpha and Jakai stopped their previous techniques and looked up. Noticing how he was building up chakra, Jakai and Alpha realized they needed to prepare themselves. The Mandalore would then expel a large amount of water downwards that would soon create a wave and orb of water. Jakai would then slam his hands on the ground while focusing his earth chakra to cause the ground beneath him and Alpha to rise 100 meters in the air. This way, the orb of water would still be present, but Jakai and Alpha would be over it.

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

Note: Can only be used twice.
Now outside the orb of water, Jakai and Alpha prepared to immobilize the Mandalore for good. Considering the Mandalore would be electrocuted from using the lightning technique, he would subsequently disrupt the orb and causing it to lose form. Jakai performed a series of handseals and created a 16 pillars of earth to rise and form a giant oven over the area in front of the risen earth and surrounding the Mandalore. Alpha would be forming a series of three handseals at the same time as Jakai, creating powerful flames within the oven as the pillars were forming. This would ensure the Mandalore was burned to a crisp.

Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire Release: Firing Biscuit Technique, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

First, the Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave technique's jutsu description on the Wiki is shown here [ ] Using that as a reference, you should be placed within the orb of water as well. Also, you'd be constantly focusing chakra and streaming your chakra to keep the water orb present. However, when you used your Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder technique, you not only disrupted the orb of water, but you also electrocuted yourself. Also, as you stated in your previous move that if I did not destroy the water, you would still shoot the electric current.

Also, this is the link to the Lightning Release: Sixteen Pillar Bind technique [ ] Using that as a frame of reference, it should be about the same size as the orb of water.

Nice fight, but I'm in agreement with Jakai here (for the most part). Python, you never actually specified that you don't in your own jutsu, so you'd be inside your water dome. As that happens, Jakai would be atop the earthern pillar. You'd use the lightning jutsu, it would conduct through the water, and you would take quite a bit of damage. Thus, I have to award the victory to Jakai
