Very Few Deaths in War

It's sad to lose characters in an anime but it also creates an emotional attachment to the series.
Besides fodder and a few other characters, everyone has been continuously winning.
I didn't expect the whole war to be so one-sided. I mean, the shinobi alliance should've had more losses to make the war practical and more sad.
Last war which we didn't even see in Naruto, caused way more sadness in narutoverse than this one.
This war fails to create a fear of losing the war.
I would've found it really cool if one division lost and madara and obito summoned the Juubi right next to the Shinobi alliance HQ :snick:

Well they we actually fighting really people back then. There fighting edos and zetsu clones.... Not much of a threat when u have thousands against a around 20 edos.. Not much of a fight but a lot of zetsu clones so it would take time to kill them all.

Yes, that's why kishi had neji die. Though it's funny how everyone was asking for deaths and when we got like +5 deaths in 2 chaps everyone was calling kishi crazy

White zetsus attacked the fodder at night and zetsus can absorb chakra from ninjas. Plus, zetsu fodders and as strong as ninja fodders.

Well would've been better if 5+ deaths were in like, say, 10 chapters. 5 deaths in 2 chapters is actually a lot.

hmmm .... well i think kishi might kill 1 or 2 more good guy (guaranteed that one of those would a OBITO turning good). but i agree specially on this ^^ "This war fails to create a fear of losing the war". and i guess that was lost in the way of kishi trying to show us that "a united alliance is unbeatable".
