I'm going with Neji over Rock (Neji's Byakugan and martial arts style is perfect against fighting Lee's Taijutsu)
Hinata. Byakugan, martial arts style beats Sakura's brute strength imo
hmmm, tough one but for now I saw Oonoki. He's old but he's shown himself to still be very powerful. Close one though
Itachi. Don't know enough about Shisui except for his amazing genjutsu. This is speculation but I feel like since Itachi is also a master of genjutsu he'd be either able to break or counter Shisui's genjutsu (much like what happened in the first part of Sasuke vs. Itachi)
Gai. Strength, speed, gates over Mokuton.
Kankuro. His puppets would own Kiba in my opinion. Not even close. Kiba's basically a Naruto mentality shinobi without the strength and power to back it up. Kankuro's much smarter and his puppetry as advanced a lot.
Killer Bee. I know people are going to say Sasuke wasn't 100% but Bee was toying with the entire Hawk team and they all got their butts kicked. I think his moves are too unpredictable for the Sharingan to follow, plus his mastery of his tailed beast gives him an advantage against genjutsu.
hmmm, if it's prime Third Hokage I say him just because of all the hype. He's also definitely much smarter and probably has a better array of jutsus. Naruto isn't smart enough and doesn't have a big enough arsenal of jutsus to take the Third.
Another tough one, I saw Kakuzu just because he's been around so long and has fought most of the great shinobis. Plus he's got five hearts so there's another advantage. Oro could also win this one though. So I guess I'll go with tie.
Don't know anything about the fourth kazekage except for a very brief battle with Gaara so I really can't say. But he's probably long range which is probably bad for Kakashi. I love Kakashi, but I don't see him beating Gaara either so I'm going with the fourth kazekage. I think it's just a bad match up for him. He is a genius when it comes to analyzing and responding in battle so he could maybe pull it off.
