ok for this one you need to focus your chakra and turn it into a wave electricity, its very simple and fast, but remember you must use a water jutsu before this lightning jutsu for it to give 50 damage

well yeah but in battle it wont due much lol
still you can use this jutsu without water, but it will be weaker, or use preexisting water like a lake or river
