*makes the chakra form a wall, then ignites the wall with the lighter*
how was that?

there isnt a correct translation for it

umm it would be more like this:
step one- focus chakra on the lighter(or other source of fire) and throw it to the ground
step two- do the hand seals
step three- activate the jutsu, releasing a wall of flames from the lighter, and use it as defense mechanism or use wind to fuse with the wall and attack

well yeah almost, you made a jet of fire but the spinning was for a fire ring lol
so try making a spinning fire ring

good, this is used for offence, by making the ring mid air and throwing it at your enemy, you can also use futton, to make turn into a tornado of fire
