I sit and think about what genjutsu mean to me......

Genjutsu are illusion techniques....the way they work is that the user controls the amount and allocation of chakra in the body. This causes senses to be disrupted, causing the different types pf illusion anywhere from felling trapped,burned, morphed or intense pain!...Is the art of hurting someone mentally not physically......

umm yes correct, so what are the 3 ways to brake free from genjutsu ?

well I think I know three, but i definetly know at least two for sure

1. cause pain to yourself, this disrupts your chakra flow, from what the genjutsu is making you do
2. By the touch of a comrad.....same idea, there chakra going into your body and disrupts the chakra flow....
3. there is a release method....where you put both index fingers together and the rest of your fingers are interlocked within each other and then the user created a power rush of chakra that releases the genjutsu...this tech is called "Genjutsu Release"
4.Another way is if your a jinchuriki, like I said if a comrad can inject there chakra inside your body they can release the genjutsu this is the same idea

although number 4 doesnt work for must of us but you could sub it in your case by sharingan's ability to see throw genjutsu

as I see you making the hand seals to begin your genjutsu I make sure not to make eye contact with you....

I then almost immediately focus a large amount of chakra to the palm within me...in the center of my body, disrupting the chakra flow to my brain, thus the genjutsu not affecting me...I then place both my hands together with my index fingers together and yell genjutsu release!!

umm he thought this was visual genjutsu ohh well*i touch you and use kai*release

that wasnt a visual genjutsu as this is the same that kabuto used to put every one on the chunnin exam stadium to sleep.

but your correct on trying kai while the genjutsu is making you sleepy

ok i know you are aware of the other ways to escape genjutsu but can use them correctly?

so how would you escape genjutsu if your completely paralyzed(so no self injuring or kai ), and have no partner(no other user fighting along side you) on the field.

So as I realize that I am trapped in the genjutsu....I focus a very large amount of my own chakra to my gut in order to release the genjutsu.....

yeah although this works less then the other 2 methods since its hard to escape a genjutsu made by a higher ranking ninja so here's a tip
if you have kage bunshin make them disappear so that there chakra return to you and so brakes the genjutsu
