you know water shark bomb so the hand seals are the same but you need allot more chakra and then form each shark on your dominant hands fingers
so focus chakra on your fingers then put your hand on the water
go to the lake and try it out

~walks over to the lake, as i stand on the water, i mould my chakra, building up a lare amount of suiton chakra, i then make the required handseals, then i put my open hand on the surface of the water, releasing my chakra through my fingertips, controlling the shape carefully to form 5 sharks, once i am satisfied that their structure is sound, i then release them at a random spot on the bottom of the lake~
