When I use this raiton jutsu can I use it to push away things that are on me? Like could I use it to push the explosive tags off? I'm not really sure of a good jutsu to use against the hidden explosion tag jutsu.

The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.
No. Lightning is energy, it doesn't have a physical form capable of pushing something back directly. It has piercing power which could pierce and destroy the tags, rendering them useless. You could make the plasma ball, yes, however, it wouldn't work as you intend it to. It's spaced evenly around you, like a bubble and it's not in contact with your skin, so if there are already some tags on you, this wouldn't help you. Maybe you could use something like nagashi, to channel a powerful electrical current through them to render them useless.

Ok when they emerge from the ground still moving towards me I'd duck to the ground and use nagashi to disable them or I'd send a stream of water forward to drench them in water with the biting dragon explosion jutsu on the way to attacking the opponent.

Alright, so with these techniques, you basically get to "change" your form or shape. Their core idea is the same, but the way they work is different.

(Konbi Henge) - Combination Transformation

This is the most simple form of changing your shape. Using a clone, partner or even a summon you can transform into something else. We've seen Naruto use this with Gamabunta to turn into the nine tails. Regarding its usefulness in battle, I'll let you asses that on your own.

(Kao Utsushi no Jutsu) - Face Copy Technique

Practitioners of this jutsu are also skilled in quickly taking on the mannerisms of the original person and playing up the character traits of their target. Through a regular Henge in combination, they can copy the clothing of the opponent. Their appearance will eventually change back to their original form after several days.

This is a real trickery technique. It could be well executed with genjutsu, but even on its own, it's quite amazing. I think it could be specially good in a 2v2 fight where you could mimic one of the opponents to confuse the other, for example. In a 1v1 I don't see too much uses, because you can technically only turn into the opponent himself.

(Shinra Banshō Dōka No Jutsu) - Assimilate All Creation Technique

This jutsu also lets the user turn into fine grains of rock that can be used to do another jutsu. The issue with using this technique is that the user will gain all the weaknesses of the material they mimic, even if they are granted their strengths.

This technique allows you to take on the properties of materials you are in touch with, thus hardening your body. This technique actually turns your body into the material you shape it into so it's very dangerous because you also gain the materials weaknesses which means that in most cases, lightning will be used against you.

(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique

The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above
Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.

More or less similar to the previous one, to be honest. Instead of turning into something, you merge with it. This allows you to avoid certain techniques and it's a great stealth technique because only dojutsu users will be able to detect you. The biggest drawback is that you can't attack while merged, so this is only a technique to vanish and reappear in safety, in case something goes awry.

(Meisaigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding with Camouflage Technique

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.
Note: Technique lasts a total of 3 turns

Almost forgot this one. Upon performing the tiger handseal, you can "bend" lightning around your body and appear to be invisible. This is very useful for hiding and for surprise attacks. It is hardly noticeable and one would require great focus in order to distinguish you from the rest of the surroundings.

I'd use this to combine with my samurai bio or to combine with an op ally. The thing is that combining restricts you to not being able to make simultaneous attacks with the two guys that you used to combine. Cool though.

I'd use it in a 2v2 match like you said and then I'd maybe use smoke bombs with it like naruto. I'd counter it by knowing something about my ally that the opponent does not. If it wasn't a serious battle then I'd just try to kill both or something. Lol

I'd use this to try and tank a B-rank suiton jutsu with my arm or more likely to smash a weak projectile attack with a head butt. Lol I'd counter it with raiton stuff. I like this one.

Officially, the combination transformation doesn't mean you have two bios in one body. At least ability-wise. You're merged but I don't think this extends to the techniques/elements you know. Its a little more than cosmetic.

The Assimilate All Creation technique is a C-Rank Ninjutsu, meaning its weak to all of the elements. Whether you turn yourself into rock or diamond, your body will have the same defensive properties.

As for the last two techniques, let's say I flooded the air with my chakra (examples include the following two techniques). Would Rain Tiger at Will still suffice as a counter? If not, how would you detect/find me when I'm invisible and/or surfacing from a medium such as the earth or water?

Also, I seem to have forgotten what you've learned thus far. Can you provide with a list of the techniques you've learned up until now?

I suppose that with the leech technique it merges you so that your chakra is very spread out so that chakra sensing can determine that you're in the ground but not exactly where. The rain tiger will sense where they are when they emerge. The camouflage one does not do anything to hamper sensing jutsu.

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

(Gojō Kibaku Fuda) Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags

Description:
The Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags is a technique which forms part of a fighting style purposely designed for those who have been reincarnated or are otherwise very resistant to damage, and employs the use of special explosive tags to create a near infinite series of explosions. The user will throw several (up to 5) special exploding tags at the enemy formed from large sheets that each bear five seals on them. These special tags then attach themselves to the intended target, but just as they detonate, summon additional tags that in turn create more as they too explode. This process is continuously repeated, leading to a near infinite chain reaction of consecutive explosions which engulf a gigantic area, mid range all around. The technique's unique drawback is that to fully use it you need to be in short range of the target, making it almost suicidal for users who cannot take on the damage and remain unarmed, users that cannot escape its range in time or users who cannot heal themselves from the damage, thus being ideal to be used by Edo Tensei summons.
Note: the explosion spans throughout 2 full turns if unblocked.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Summoning Technique

Description:
To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

The user draws blood and does the summoning handseals, slamming his hand on the ground. With one already boasting enormous defensive properties, with this technique the user summons five Rashōmon gates to block an incoming attack. This technique can defend the user against any S-Rank technique but, due to its enormous scale, becomes hard to use in most situations because of the area one needs to summon the gates.

Okay, so I'm just going to work my way through that list you provided in the previous post...

(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.

So this is a ranged jutsu were by you send your chakra out towards the target animal, using it to forcefully restrain the animal thus preventing them from moving. This will only work against animals and lower-ranked summons (say d to c-rank summons) that are about the same size as a human. Obviously you wouldn't be able to use this against someone as big as Gamabunta or Manda, but generic toad and generic snake summons would be affected by this jutsu.

*Shinta performs the summoning jutsu to summon a generic snake, two meters in length, that simply slithers towards the nearest bush*
So perform that jutsu on this standard size snake summon, stop him from slithering away into that bush!

Simon nods and makes the generic chakra gathering hand seal. Simon takes a deep breath through the nose and then slowly exhales while gathering chakra in the core of his body. He sends the chakra out and manifests it in the snake. Simon floods the summon with dominating chakra to paralyze it with an overwhelming presence.

Halt snake in the name of justice!

Okay, tell me what you know of Killing intent, spare no detail as to it's usage and how you might use it in battle. Also tell me how you'd break free of it's power if I used it against you at say... mid-range?
