i acutally just cleaned up my computer earier today.
and its not something with my country, cause this is the first time something like this has happend, (well, with the banner at least.)

that appears when the persons pb is full. if you got the picture link from someone else without copying it to your computer or pb account and theirs becomes full, then that appears.

But you guys dont need to, it'll be fixed soon. Just use Narutobase V1 skin or something in meanwhile.
