Performing it: While positioned mid range from his opponent, Neji first inhales and then begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra while simultaneously weaving the four necessary hand seals [Bird → Hare → Horse → Ram] and uses nature manipulation to create futon. When Neji is finished building up his wind chakra, he exhales it in the form of a powerful, two meter long blade in the form of a wind gust.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: I would combine this with a smaller ranked fire jutsu. What I mean by this, is that like, I can have a wind blade and can transform it into some type of fire blade with the same cutting properties and burning capabilities as well.

Ways to Counter: I would counter this by deflecting it with Eight Trigrams: Rotation.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): I would use this when faced up against multiple opponent's at once.

Rate the technique out of ten: 8

When Neji is finished building up his wind chakra, he releases a stream of wind which he controls by overlapping his hands. When doing so it combines with dust and dirt on the ground and creates a smoke screen of dust.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: Like you mentioned, I would use multiple types of ninja tools while remaining hidden by the up heave of dust and dirt.

Ways to Counter: I would counter this by blowing away the dust with a wind jutsu.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): I would primarily use this when I need time to get away from my opponent by still hiding in the dust/dirt cloud or if I want to blind them so I can follow up with another tech, then I would use this.

Rate the technique out of ten: 5

Ways to Counter: I would use this by using a B-Ranked Fireball.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): I would use this if my opponent were to use a water bullet technique, as this would most likely cancel out with each other.

(Futon: Shinkūzan no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Vacuum Slash technique

Description: The user waves his hand and creates multiple blades of wind, emerging to a single scythe of sharp air. The scythe was powerful enough to stop Susanno's movements, but wasn't able to break trough its defence.

Simply wave your dominant hand, and as you wave it release a number of blades of wind, that come together to form one giant blade of wind. The attack is strong enough to stop a susanno, but cannot actually break through its defenses and damage the person inside.

When Obito is finished building up his wind chakra, he waves his dominant hand; and as he does this, releases several blades of wind and later combines into a giant blade.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: I would use this in both hands to increase the overall potency and damage this technique can give.

Ways to Counter: I would counter this by sending a sufficient fireball that would consume the wind and burn the user.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): I would use this whenever my opponent would try to use lighting sword technique variants or if I want to fend off against someone using susano'o. lol

Make the handseals, and concentrate lots of wind chakra into both your hands. You'll create large-scale wind currents that pick up smaller parties in order to cause confusion. Making it difficult for someone to see you.

Perform the handseals, and concentrate your wind chakra into the surrounding air. Cause it to spiral and form 5 large tornadoes. The tornadoes are then able to be launched at the opponent, as a large scale attack.

So; before we re-start the techniques you have been given a choice. Template or other training method.

So idea is simple, I will post the techniques and I will ask you to analyse them for me, for example: how to use it in battle, how to counter it, what is good about this technique (pros), what is bad about it (cons), what you like about it and etc. I think you pretty much get what I mean. The "How to perform" - part is a bit, not needed for, but you are more than welcome to perform it, if you don't understand the technique. It's better if we focus on the important things, like actually analysing the whole technique and knowing how to use it in a fight. Only filling the template is boring and sometimes not fun. I want to make this training as enjoyable as I can, I know templates can be boring and dull at times.

+ How to be used in a battle: Well, this technique sounds like it mainly serves as a 'distraction' tactic, more or less; Most likely I would use this to hide my presence from my opponent so I can have enough time to gain some distance, close in or prepare for another attack while I'm hidden.

+ How to be countered in a battle: I would counter this by either using a A/S-ranked technique to dispel the dust to gain clarity or I would get airborne and use a fire jutsu to fully consume the winds surrounding the user; and eventually consume the opponent as well.

+ Some advantages and disadvantages: Some advantages are that I only need one hand seal, it can span up to long range and it hides me from my opponent(s). A notable disadvantage is that I have to constantly focus chakra into it so that means I can't use any other technique right?

+ Your personal opinion about the technique: While it's good for concealing and distractions, I wouldn't really ever use this technique since it seems it's mainly effective with terrains such as sand, pure rock/dirt; and not so effective in terrains grass(?), water, etc.

Yeah, it wouldn't be ideal to use this on grass, or water. Where it wouldn't do much.

Also, it does block your own view, as well as your targets. But it seems annoying, unless you have some sort of sensory ability; I personally wouldn't use it.

+ How to be used in a battle: Besides using this straightforwardly, I would somehow use this as somewhat of a diversionary tactic, before using an effective move right afterwards to catch my opponent off guard. Also, the description stated that with suction power, it can be really useful in slicing through some of the greatest of defenses and strike my opponent anyways.

+ How to be countered in a battle: It seems that the best way would be to use a fire jutsu. Like if you think about it; Lightning won't work obviously, Earth would probably get sliced 'n' diced anyways, and water? Maybe, idk but pretty sure fire techniques (like fireballs or ones with a wide range [Fire Annihilation]) are the way to go.

+ Some advantages and disadvantages: An advantage is that I can use this to hit many opponents at once and/or break down certain defenses. A disadvantage is that the more wind I expel, the more the power is divided; which means that the blades won't have much strength as a combined one.

+ Your personal opinion about the technique: Not a bad one. Out of ten, I would rate it was an eight or nine; and like a I said before, it's good to use on multiple opponents and stuff. Though it takes a while to perform with the hand seals but in the end and delivers some good results.

+ How to be used in a battle: I would use this when I want to smash through certain defenses or use this as one of few last resort techniques like I would with Pressure damage or something.

+ How to be countered in a battle: I would counter this with and equally powerful technique like two pressure damages or a fire jutsu [duh] that's big enough to envelop the sphere and send it back.

+ Some advantages and disadvantages: Only needs two hand seals, it can reach up to mid range, it has the same effects of ripping through flesh and crushing things [but only stronger]. A disadvantage is that it can't go up to long range.

+ Your personal opinion about the technique: Based off how it's parent technique is one of my favorite wind techniques, I can kind of see myself use it some/most of the time. Out of a ten, I would probably rate this as a nine.

+ How to be used in a battle: I would use this most likely when I need a solid defense against a wide spread water or lightning attack. Also, I'd probably use this against a multitude of enemies.

+ How to be countered in a battle: I would counter this with a wide spanning fire technique like the Great Fire Annihilation.

+ Some advantages and disadvantages: Not much hand seals to do and it can go up to long range. Also, due to the many tornadoes, it has an advantage against many opponents. A disadvantage is that... hm... Is there really one? I mean besides being weak to fire jutsu, the only problem I could possibly see is an attack coming from above.

+ Your personal opinion about the technique: Same as the old, prior techniques; but seeing how I can create many of them, I guess it's a somewhat decent technique to use.
