I agree, many of the abilities listed by the OP are not attributed to the Uzumaki, the list here is a much more concise.
Minor corrections. I think you mean Naruto's affinity is wind as Nagato with the Rinnegan had an affinity for all elements. However, be a little more careful and specific with the special chakra, as that appears to be rare according to Kushina as it's why she was chosen to be the second jinchuurikii . We only know of Kushina having it, albeit I wouldn't be surprised if a few others did as a generational thing. I would also add in that in their era of war, they were intentionally wiped out due to their powerful fuuinjutsu as all nations and their respective head villages (aside from the Leaf who they allied with) feared them. Finally, I would change "Distant relatives of the Senju" -> "Distant
blood relatives of the Senju." Overall, nice coverage.
One more thing, Uzumaki are distant blood relatives of the Senju, but we don't know how. Were they cousins, were they introduced by marriage at some point in the line, we don't know. It's never been stated they came from the Sage of 6 Paths.

Yes, people Minato was from the Namikaze clan for whatever it's worth, and we don't know what it's worth. The clan name translates to "waves and wind" and Minato translates to "harbor" according to Narutopedia, which I cite as I don't know Japanese, but I have heard this from other reputable sources who do.

Nations wiped out the Uzumaki according to Kushina, we don't know anything at all what Tobi's involvement was, nor would he have any knowledge that Naruto would be born, and he's only a sage in terms of senjutsu, he has not yet proven to be the reincarnation of the So6P's.
Speed, Flight, the Rinnegan have not been attributed to the Uzumaki.
Minato gave his life, Kushina was already dying from the Kyuubi extraction, he did it to give his son a special power to fight Madara and make the seal so that he and Kushina's chakra could appear when Naruto needed it the most (8-tails, fighting the Kyuubi for control), it had nothing to do with protecting his 'famous lineage'. We know nothing of Minato's Namikaze lineage (thus how can it be famous), and Kushina only tells us about the Uzumaki 500 chapters in, where they are remembered with their whirlpool sign everywhere in Kononha, including every flack jacket, etc. The Uzumaki are already famous amongst those in the know, probably people in Kakashi's generation and up but certainly in Minato's/Shikaku's etc. Perhaps you're confusing that with Minato's hope that his son would be viewed as a hero and not a monster, but that was not meant to be, but that had nothing to with lineage, as Hiruzen gave Naruto his mother's last name to protect him from Minato's enemies with Kakashi watching over him and his seal.
Note: As much as Narutopedia gets wrong and is unreliable, please check there before you make a thread due to the number of mistakes and misinformation posted. As you can see in my post above I cite them when translating Minato Namikaze, but I've already heard it from other reputable sources who know Japanese, so I'm comfortable with it.
