i wish i could train til i got to anbu rank that way id constantly train to pass time and when

i get to ambu rank i can create my jutsu for the rain village like my genjutsu ive got

ready for that time which i put in the cutsom jutsu centre for feedback.

manipulate them so that they form a circular motion and begin rotating and i direct them

towards you* i hope thats the concept to that attack as i kinda lost with what was

excatly needed or rather i didnt understand the theory

then begin to form and i manipulate the water within them and slowly change the

properties of the water until it becomes like oil and then it begins to rain down upon us
