Yeah the strongest clan alive are the Hyugas. Beside Naruto is not a real Uzumaki when his father where alive his family name would be Namikaze and not Uzumaki.

I see what you mean but I don't think the uzumaki who were vulnerable because they were on their own would not develop a way to make their main skill(fuinjutsu) have an offensive use. Just as how the hyuga developed their fighting style based on the byakugan since unlike the MS and rinnegan the byakugan itself offers no offensive techniques

Well, Karin did show that with her chains, so who knows. But to me it seems easy to dodge those chains, as even spiral zetsu avoided them; so someone with byakugan wouldn't have trouble either
