yeah I know he used it once. Don't recall it being said he created it. Odd mention though the third could see see the death god when the fourth was using the juitsu. But during his battle, the third said something about only the user and the cursed being able to see it.

I was just thinking that with the introduction of Kin/Gin and their weapons that seal souls if Naruto or Killer Bee gets their hands on the legendary weapons he wont have to learn sealing juitsu.
