Isnt elbaf in nw and arent they going to get there eventually?

At the end of Enies Lobby the two gate keepers were going to take Usopp for telling them about Broggy and Dory(?) but Usoppp passed to go back to the SH's

Addendum: At Enies Lobby Usopp saved Robin by sniping the Marines from the Tower of Justice. Not only did he save her he was able to hit the Marines while their bullets couldn't reach the same distance.
