[Question] Userbars?

Some users have userbars underneath their username like the hidden rain symbol or other villages, I was wondering, is there a certain requirement you have to meet? With posts or is it for premium members only? Thanks.

OT: It is for the rp 50 posts allows you to make and post a bio which will get you into RP then you request to join in permission groups

The bars under the username above the avatar are part of our RP system, more specifically the village you belong to in the Ninja World. To get it you need to be accepted in to the village. Even though not an absolute requirement, you need to have a bio to be accepted as the chance is very small they will accept you if you don't RP.
