[Technical Issue] User stuck in "moderation queue."

A user I referred has been stuck in something called "moderation queue."

His username is "Rasens Lackey", I told him to do it jokingly, but he did it anyway.

I was thinking that he might be stuck in it because of that issue.

Is there a way to fix this?
