User CP Profil Image

I'm having a issue changing a picture on the profile page. I do not mean your profile picture but I mean the first picture you see when you click on your profile.

If you don't understand, click on my profile --> Tobi with Akatsuki "Sharigan's True Power"

I'm trying to change that image, does anybody know how?

"Edit Profile Picture" is the last link under "Your Profile" when viewing User CP.
