Ya, he false started and was DQ'ed. Stupid rule considering accidents will happen especially when you're trying to start the race as fast as possible. Every extra fraction of a second is important in a race like the 100m which makes the start of the race that much more important.
Even though he did false start in the 100m, he still destroyed the rest of the field in the other 2 races. He is an unbelievable running machine, and I don't think there will be many people who will be able to stop him in the near future. Simply extraordinary athlete.
