Uryū Ishida is a tall, very handsome young man, with jet black hair with and bright sea green eyes. It is said that Ishia gets his handsome looks from his father Ryūken, the leader of the Hozuki clan. Ishida began training at a very young age, working on his speed, muscle, stamina and endurance. He became very fit, muscular and lean with his intense training. Ishida refuse to acknowledge his great looks, but a great number of girls find him extremely attractive. One reason to why Ishida is growing so much is because he is always in the water swimming.
Personality
Ishida is brave, spirited, natural leader, and is willing to risk his life to save friends, family, strangers, and sometimes even enemies. He has a sarcastic and smart sense of humor, a laid-back demeanor, and has earned the respect of all the clan members. When it comes to fighting or protecting the village, Ishida is a completely different person. He takes it very seriously and wouldn't let anything change the way he does things or feel about it. Ishida remains true and never goes back on his word. He is also somewhat short-tempered, and thus has trouble controlling his anger even though he denies it. His father Ryūken always points it out to him which angers but he was always told he needs to get rid of that problem because it can cause trouble in battle or some serious situation.
Ishida is a very responsible person but soometimes feels too responsible for everyone and anything which goes wrong. He blames himself and always believe he could of done something to prevent wrong from happening. When he is with his friends, he acts goofy and somewhat senseless. Ishida can also be derisively sarcastic and moody, and he dislikes being manipulated or forced to obey. He believes in himslef and have great confidence in anything he do. Ishida changes as time goes on and he continues to mature as a young man.
Swimming will always be Ishida favorite thing. Every evening, right before sunset, Ishida would always go to the lake to swim and just be around or in water. This is the only way he can get rid of everything that stresses him out, he is able to free his mind.

The user can use the five horsemen to defend or attack and they move at the same speed as an average running horse. Whenever the horsemen comes into contact with something, they will turn into a flaming vortex that wraps around the object and burns like a flaming inferno.

Background Info
History
Ishida was born into the Hozuki clan of Kirigakure. It was a stormy night when Ishidas mother, Kanae gave birth to him. Ishidas father was by her side throughout the birth process. It was a very special moment for both parents, seeing their son come into the world. Ishida was both Kanae and Ryūken first child. Ryūken, being the head of the Hozuki clan knew that one day his son would grow strong enough to lead the clan and maybe one day become the Mizukage. He stood at Kanaes side the entire time thinking of the future of his son. Ishida cried on for a little while but Kanae began singing a song that her mother sang to her as a child. Little Ishida got quiet and fell asleep on his mothers chest while she rock him and sing to him. Ryūken recognized something about Ishida while he was crying, he felt Ishidas chakra which was quite weird, more like impossible. Ishida chakra was beyond normal, he was born with a very powerful chakra that felt very sinister for a child. It bugged Ryūken for a while, but he then remembered his son was just born and put a smile on his face ignoring everything that happened. Ryūken took his family home the next morning, introducing his new born son to the clan and family members. Ishida got the clans blessing and he was now officially part of the Hozuki clan. The king was born.
As Ishida grew older, he became a prodigy. He was always very talented but he still trained very hard to become better. Ryūken trained Ishida as much as possible because he wanted him to be the head of the clan one day. He pushed Ishida to his max everyday, sometimes angering Ishida. Ishida began mastering elements and showing great skills for his age. His father then decided to teach him the clans special abilities. First, Ishida needed to learn the clans history and secrets. Many clan members wasn't supporting Ryūken decisions because they believed Ishida was to young to know about the clans secrets. Ryūken trusted his son with his life and the clan so he proceeded. Ishida began training in the clans special abilities. He learned so much and was picking up on everything very fast, people believe he is a prodigy. Ishida began going out on missions with his father as a Hozuki shinobi, not a Kirigakure ninja. He was put into tough situations, testing his battle intelligence and fighting skills. Ishida was already on a Jonin level in his young teen days. Over time, Ishida have seen many shinobis die, families ruined all because of the currupt shinobi world. Ishida became strong enough to handle himself in very difficult situations. Some of the clan members even began to say that instead of becoming the leader of the clan, that Ishida can become Mizukage. It was rare to see someone with Ishidas skill and he was compared to the Second Mizukage many times, not only for his shinobi skills, but his sarcasim and goofing around. Ishida wanted to make a change in the ninja world, for his name to be known for making a change for the better. He didn't believe in violence but rather find peaceful solutions to problems. Ishida always knew there was a huge world out there just waiting to be explored. He began thinking about leaving the village and adventuring around the shinobi world as he trained and got stronger.
One warm beautiful evening, Ishida family was having dinner. Over the night before, Ishida came to his final decision of leaving Kirigakure and travelling the world.

Chakra Control:
Being born into the Hozuki clan and learning how to perform the clans special ability of turning their entire body into water, Ishida became very proficient with controlling his chakra. He is able to manipulate with great skill and spread to every point throughout his body with ease.
Weapons:
Hidden Rain's signature weapon. Umbrella's are shown to be used frquently by Rain ninja in anime/manga.
•Senbon Shower: releases a hailing "shower" of senbon. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. Although the needles are said to be able to pierce a five millimetre thick steel sheet, they can still be blocked by a powerful enough shield. Medical ninja can dip their senbon with poison to increase their lethality.
