She is a gorgeous woman and she has a scent of seduction all over her. A sight truly for the men and women to adore. Though at first glance, she seems like another harmless work of natures art. But under all that beauty, lies truly the darkest evil. An evil so cold, so terribly cold that even your spine will cramp together from the chills. She is cruel, cold hearted, murderous, corrupted and blinded by insanity of the worst kind. Even the tales of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hide is just a bedtime story compared to her. She only speaks, when there is something worth saying. When she battles, she laughs in the darkest of tones. An excellent swordsman, tracker, interrogator and torturer.
Urumi likes food in all senses, but mostly she will favor meat. She has been seen devouring the flesh of animals raw. It has been said she even practises cannibalism. Some say, she does it for fun, though most say she likes the taste of human flesh.
Like any woman, she has her needs. The tales say, that she is like a praying mantis. Killing, and perhaps eating her mating partner.
She doesn't pick a fight without purpose, but she never, ever stands down from a fight. She has no fear of death since someone said, she sold her soul to the devil. What the devil gave in exchange, is a completely mystery since these are just the mumbles by the people of old.

Background
History :
Her childhood is a bit in the darkness. Few details are known about what truly happened in her past. Some say that she was an orphan, living in the darkest slums imaginable. On the path to certain imprisonment, a stranger once crossed paths with her. A man who she was trying to pickpocket had stopped her and eventually took her into his custody. It later appeared that he was a master of the arts of the samurai and martial arts. He began to teach her the elements of these arts, giving her a meaning in life.
Years passed and she grew older and they were a known duo to many villages. The story goes that once, their path was blocked by a gang of muggers. Many time had Urumi seen his savior fight, and the fights rarely lasted long. Once again, the old samurai defended her and himself and defeated the muggers with ease. This is where the most but confusing and horrifying event took place. Urumi, took the best of the opportunity and charged the samurai. Surprised and off guard, the samurai was truly amazed. A young woman and an old experienced master, fought like raging monkeys in heat. Urumi knew the same moves and attacks he did and she was younger and stronger. The masters experience gave him a good defence but unfortunately his old age got the best of him and eventually, Urumi took his life.Though not without a loss, her right eye was slashed and damaged in the midst of the fight, forever gone. This whole event is evidence of her inhuman cruelty. After the fight she removed his head, skinned and cleaned the skull. She carries the skulls of defeated souls as trophies on her, strapped to leather belts and ropes. She loves the thrill of a hunt, the hunt of man. "“There is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else thereafter.” is somewhat a motto of hers.
Urumi is wanted in all villages. Though she spends much time in The Land of Iron and sometimes, dwells in it's dark and underground hideouts. She has many contacts and allies so she always has a place to hide from the authority pursuing her. When even the Land of Iron becomes too much of a risk, she hides to the mount Myobokuzan. There Urumi usually just sits tight and gulps a whole lot of rum. She is wanted for numerous crimes. Murder, theft, robbery, slavery, kidnapping, extortion … you name it.
She is without a goal, aimlessly roaming the lands, executing jobs. Always seeking the one that pays the most. Perhaps she is just waiting for war. War sounds like a perfect place for her truly live.

She is seen to travel with someone or more of a something called "Pinhead".
Nothing is known of this companion of hers. But one thing is certain. Even the slightest glance at this creature, and you can feel your life being pulled out of you.
