She is a gorgeous woman and she has a scent of seduction all over her. A sight truly for the men and women to adore. Though at first glance, she seems like another harmless work of natures art. But under all that beauty, lies truly the darkest evil. An evil so cold, so terribly cold that even your spine will cramp together from the chills. She is cruel, cold hearted, murderous, corrupted and blinded by insanity of the worst kind. Even the tales of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hide is just a bedtime story compared to her. She usually speaks, when there is something worth saying for. An excellent swordsman, hand to hand fighter, love maker, tracker, interrogator and torturer.
Urumi likes food in all senses, but mostly she will favor meat. She has been seen devouring the flesh of animals raw. It has been said she even practises cannibalism. Some say, she does it for fun, though most say she likes the taste of human flesh.
Like any woman, she has her needs. The tales say, that she is like a praying mantis. Killing, and perhaps eating her mating partner.
She won't usually pick a fight unless it has a meaning. Though sometimes, she just likes to kill for fun. She has no fear of death and is willing to sacrifice everything for the sake of her own victory in battle. Like someone said, she sold her soul to the devil. What the devil gave in exchange, is a completely mystery since these are just the mumbles by the people of old.

Background
History :
Her childhood is a bit in the darkness. Few details are known about what truly happened in her past. It is rumored that she was the daughter of a simple family that were a part of some farmers and that their village got raided by some outlaws and bandits. We all can pretty much imagine the horrors that occurred that day. The earlies solid records of her existence are around when she was very young, an orphan, living in the darkest slums imaginable around the Land of Iron. Hungry and thirsty, she was forced to use the most ruthless ways to survive. Steal, threat and just randomly cause chaos. Her lust for blood probably began when she was once killed a fellow orphan that lived on the streets with her. They began to fight over a rotten apple, and as the conclusion, she took his life...brutally. On the path to certain imprisonment, a stranger once crossed paths with her. A man who she was trying to pickpocket and stab, had stopped her and eventually took her into his custody. It later appeared that he was a master of the samurai and martial arts. He began to teach her the elements of these arts, giving her a meaning in life.
She studied under his wing, learning the way of the Samurai and devoting her life to the code and to those techniques.
As Years passed and she grew older, so did the old Samurai. He became ill and was weakened by his sickness and it became more and more obvious, even to by standers. They were now an easy target since many had tried to rob and kill them in the past. One day like any other, as they were wondering the roads of Japan, a gang of shinobis attacked them. They were on a bounty mission and the lust of gold, gave them even more power and purpose to be successful.
Urumi and her savior, back to back took stance and were ready to fight for their lives. This was Urumis first real fight and these men were very powerful adversaries. As swords clashed, kunais flied in the air and blood was smeared and splattered on their faces...the fight was over as quickly as it started. Urumi and the Samurai were victorious and defeated the enemy.Though not without a loss, her right eye was slashed and damaged in the midst of the fight, forever gone. She was badly hurt with deep cuts and broken bones. The age of the Samurai had got to him and was not able to defend himself so efficiently anymore and thus, was fatally injured. In pain and lingering of life, he begged Urumi to finish him with honor, since he brought shame by being defeated. The Samurai was able to perform a seppuku and Urumi chopped his head off, to finish the ritual. After the event, she took the head and skinned and cleaned the skull.
Again, she was all alone but now, she was not defenseless. She had gained a deep feeling of hatred towards shinobis and promised herself to seek power and become a lot stronger and never give mercy to any shinobi.
It is not certain where she headed after these events, but she had been seen in many places, mostly involving battle and death. As more years passed, she had trained herself and had become powerful and a skillful Samurai. Fought many fights, killed many warriors and was on the peak. She keeps the skulls of the most skilled and worthy warriors she has killed as trophies. Sometimes she can be seen carrying them around with her. She began to love the thrill of a hunt, the hunt of man. "“There is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else thereafter.” is somewhat a motto of hers. Thus why many hire her to hunt down criminals, special targets and so forth.

Urumi is wanted in numerous locations. Though she spends much time in The Land of Iron and dwells in it's dark and underground hideouts. She has many contacts and allies so she always has a place to hide from the authority pursuing her. Mostly when she needs to lay low, she spends her time at the mount Myobokuzan. There Urumi usually just sits tight and gulps a whole lot of rum. She is found guilty of the crimes of murder, armed robbery of citizens, state banks and post offices, the theft of sacred objects, arson in a state prison, bigamy, inciting prostitution, kidnapping, extortion, receiving stolen goods, selling stolen goods, passing counterfeit money and is also guilty of using marked cards and shogi pieces.
She is without a goal, aimlessly roaming the lands, executing jobs. Always seeking the one that pays the most. She us sometimes seen with pirates, mercenaries, hit men or alone. They say that The infamous Akatsuki is looking for her in order to join, some say she died long ago and some say that she trains karate at the local Y. Truth is, she seeks somewhere to belong. A group of battle and blood hungry Samurai like her. Perhaps some day, she will be found by such a Clan.

She carries a katana and a wakizashi on her left hip and as well a tanto on the front of her waist. She also has concealed throwing stars, kunais, needles, smoke bombs and other various tools. She always carries a lot of vanilla flavored tobacco which she smokes through a pipe and a jar which she always keeps supplied with rum.
