Ichigo don't want to be captain, its too much work for him and he can't go back to the real world (look what happened to his father)

i think this could go either way. i'd say isshin is more powerful but kisuke's way smarter, but i'm sure isshin knows some of urahara's tricks, & urahara surely knows of isshin's abilities as well. stalemate, not enough info on either.
