actually I looked at your profile quickly and you have a lot of pics. I think the limit is like 60 or so pics that you are allowed to have uploaded

there isn't an option or link anywhere that says upload pictures
i make a new album all i can do is edit album and then delete

I think you have uploaded the max amount of photos delete one and see if yuo can upload again. also If you want to upload pictures I suggest you use photobucket.com

If you don't see the upload button anymore, it means that you have to much pictures. You will need to delete some.
