Background Info.
History:
Masato doesn’t have much that he knows about himself. He knows that the great Pervy Sage is was his father, and the Almighty Nexus his mother. Also did he find out to have a brother. –Mugen-. Being the social outcast of the family, none of them cared about Masato so he decided to just run away and wander off in the wild, hoping not to be raped by bears or other weird creatures that rape people for no reason.
He hit the road, just seeing where it would take him. He met Tenzo. Tenzo learned him the basics of how to wield lightning. This was later taken over by Tenzo’s apprentice and sexpuppet, Gobi. A while later, he had Akisha teach him the ways of the water element. Followed after that by finding his true sensei; Jinbei. Jinbei taught him all he could, and taught him everything he knew. Masato was thrilled to have Jinbei as his friend. Lastly, Kagutsuchi taught him how to wield the forces of air. He also met up with Nocturnal (who smelled like feta cheese), who taught him all kind of fire tricks, at which he was good. he could finally respect the heritage of his family (eventhough everyone still hated him for no good reason). A bit later, he strolled around a little bit more, and finally got to Kumogakure. He liked it there, but there weren't many people in the village, so he left for konoha again. On his way there, he met all kinds of people like Mugiwara, Hotarubi, Xylon, Flaw, Mockingbird, Scarface, Gamahiro and many many others who brutally tried to kick him despite being his friends, letting him be more vigilant than ever. He returned to Konoha and was greeted by his mentor; Izuna Uchiha. He then saw familiar faces in there like Scary Yamato's, Scorps' and many others. He started to help anyone who was capable of learning the elements, but at the same time practiced his fire and lightning techniques more and more, trying to perfect the as far as possible; even creating his own techniques.
Other
It allows the user to perceive motions as well as be able to copy the motions perceived. An example of this is when Sasuke was fighting Rock Lee. When activated the user's eyes turn blood red, and gain two extra pupils, the tomoe which surrounds the original pupil. At this level the user gains a better understanding of the sharingan. The user can now anticipate and analyze faster movement, as well as mimic minor movements made by an opponent. The user can now track handseals as well, allowing one to predict ninjutsu and help avoid it. The user is now able to pierce through visual C rank genjutsu and below.
Fire of the Uchiha
Being of the Uchiha clan, Masato can perform fire jutsus faster than non-Uchiha members.
Instincts
As a result of always having wandered in the world, Masato pays attention to everything, and can more easily defend from surprise attacks, as he reacts faster to them.
