I'm curious about that too. They look young on that illustration (probably 15~16 years old), that means she got her MS at a young age. By the time she turns Hokage, she's supposed to be blind.

I'm also curious on how will she obtain MS.

Boruto having Chakra mode would also mean Naruto is dead, and honestly I don't give damn if Naruto dies but I seriously hope he doesn't get chakra mode for the purpose of relying outsource power which undermine him as the prodigy. He's better off with his one eye byakugan, good tatoo and his taijutsu/kenjutsu/ninjutsu talents.
