Dude, you broke the time frame. the space between my first two jutsu count as the first turn period, you evaded one move after another and even did a jutsu to counter the whips.
You'd get hit by the water that i used and furthermore be paralysed by the lightning you've conducted on your hand.

Actually, it is official cause you CAN do it like that but at the cost of your death :| and no, it wouldnt collide cause you wouldnt of had time to perform it and lol you think madara has some sort of reflexes that allow him to teleport? he has to activate it, it doesnt come naturally -_- you can't activate a teleportation while you're paralysed.

3. my constriction didnt require em and hand seals dont take a matter of minutes, although u teleport, do a jutsu and counter before my 2nd one even struck

U did handsigns for the first move after I got binded I teleported when I got binded u started the handsigns while I was teleporting it only takes a split second to teleport no handsigns required to release lightning and lightning moves faster than water by the time its finished the water woulda erupted and by the time it did that I see it and I used the water/wind vortex I explained that in my post of a move your just a Ahole that thinks ur right. teleporting doesnt take forever its a ****ing split second move. but like I said im done with this if all ur gonna do is argue and ur dead if u let the water/wind vortex still head for u and drown u because like I said when I posted my move the terrian is now flooded with water ontop of you. -_-
