UNS 2 & Generations: If Karin is playable why isn't everyone else

The most confusing thing with the ultimate ninja storm series is who gets to be playable and who doesn't. Prime example: Karin. Karin didn't show a single offensive ninjutsu or taijutsu attack in all the series to this point yet she was made playable. We never saw her fight except in the jokey stupid manner hitting Suigetsu. Seriously if someone who never did anything is able to be playable then why on earth isn't every worthwhile character we've seen been playable? I mean even Iruka fought more than Karin and he hasn't fought since the manga number 1.

Yeah. Even Izumo, Kotetsu, and even Konohamaru should be playable before Karin.

I actually beat some guy online ( who was using Sasuke ) while i was Karin.

she has the worst UJ and a weak jutsu
i only won once against a computer that was easy
u must be really good at the game then
