I would like to see all unrevealed bankais, tho, I'm sure we will not see all of them.
I can't say what I expect from RG bankais, since we don't even know their shikais. I can only see Kirinji with water type and Oetsu with fire type zanpakuto.
Yoruichi - can't say don't know even her shikai.
Shinji - Huge world in which all be inverted, something like combination of Tosen's bankai and my prediction of Kyoraku's bankai.
Love - not really sure, maybe even bigger weapon
Kyoraku - playground, anyone that can sense his reiatsu will have to play games
Hisagi - I thought something like Nnoitra's ressurection, with more blades
Isshin - I thought that he can be fire version of Hitsugaya or something like that
Matsumoto (if she achive one in the future) - something like Byakuya's bankai, whole hilt will be used for bankai, and more ash.
Urahara - don't know (high expectations)
Ukitake - don't know (high expectations)
Aizen - I'm sure that we won't see his bankai. Kubo written himself in the corner with Kyouka Suigetsu. KS is already completely hypnosis, and if it is already completely, it can't be stronger.
Tessai - same as Yoruichi
Kenpachi/Lisa/Mashiro/Hiyori/Yumichika - Not sure does this guys have bankai, but if they have, I don't have clue how they would look.

I agree with this.
Utitake: people have speculated that he can shoot any ability he has absorbed at any time and as many times as he wants, but I don't think that it is creative enough.
Aizen: Aizens shikai always seems odd to me, it is like he can only make duplicates of people or disguise people. If complete hypnosis was his power than I think he should have demonstrated way more abilities than this. I beleive that his true shikai ability iss really just duplications ans a few other related abilties, and not that he can make anyone believe anything. I think Aizen is just clever enough on how to exploit his zan's true ability. This means that I think his bankai is really just an extension of this ability. Or the ability to give his duplicates someones personality completely instead of him having to try his best to give it one and people noticing slight ticks about it. Just a theory though and I myself don't believe it 100% but his abilities have always seemed a bit linear to be complete hypnosis.
Urahara: He said his sword isn't nice and he has said his bankai isn't fit for training or helping others. It sounds like it is the type of bankai made solely to kill. I think also the red color is like the color of blood so maybe the name will change to something more sinister. I feel like Urahara doesn't want to have to use it. The reason i feel this is because Urahara himself seems very cheerful but on the inside it seems like he himself is more sinister than he appears. He at least tries to hide a side of him that he doesn't like but can't get rid of. I think his zan is kinda like the manifestation of this and when he enters bankai, i think his hidden personality will come out. That personality will probably be very cold and not very friendly and perhaps he doesn't have too much control over who he targets and that is why he didn't wanna train chad with it. he might have been afraid that he would kill chad. It always seems like blood and a control of it or something like that. Maybe like black magic. I think his bankai will expand upon this and maybe he can control the opponents blood with sorcery or something.
